The Director of Sales will lead Panoptyc's revenue strategy, close high-value deals, build and manage sales teams, and drive customer success while achieving significant growth targets.

The Controller will manage accounting functions, ensure rigorous financial reporting, lead team efforts, support NetSuite implementation, and establish audit readiness through strong controls.

Own a portfolio of 5–10 enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Serve as a strategic advisor, deliver executive-level reviews, track KPIs, identify risks and growth signals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to realize measurable ROI.
