Build and run outbound outreach to re-engage past prospects and source net-new enterprise opportunities. Co-own messaging, sequences, and channel strategy with AEs, iterate playbooks, book qualified meetings, support events with Marketing/RevOps, and document repeatable processes for scaling the SDR function.

Lead and execute complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios (up to 25+), including enterprise and multi-location accounts. Provide high-touch on-site support as needed, ensure high customer satisfaction, own partnership tooling and workflows, mentor junior onboarding managers, improve handoffs and processes cross-functionally, and take ownership of revenue outcomes tied to launches.

Own Moxie’s organic social presence and daily voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Scale Society, and email. Create and execute content calendars, newsletters, and nurture programs; moderate community and social engagement; report on performance and run experiments to improve reach and conversion. Collaborate with Growth, Advocacy, Events, and Design to reduce agency reliance and build an authentic, data-informed brand presence.
