Own enterprise sales across Intelligence Community accounts, managing pipeline, evaluations, procurement, pilots, and complex multi-stakeholder deals. Build relationships with federal technology leaders, systems integrators, resellers, and contracting officers. Lead technically credible discussions on AI, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud, on-premises, and classified deployments. Develop account plans, forecasts, national security channels, customer adoption strategies, expansions, and renewals while helping establish Factory’s federal practice.

Own Federal Civilian agency accounts and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from pipeline development through procurement and close. Build executive relationships, navigate GSA Schedules, BPAs, IDIQs, and reseller channels, and articulate AI-driven software development solutions across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Partner with product, engineering, security, and sales leadership to address FedRAMP, ATO, and data-governance requirements, develop federal partnerships, drive renewals and expansions, and establish Factory’s federal practice.

Lead Factory’s developer relations strategy across technical content, community, events, partnerships, and social channels. Build tutorials, demos, documentation, sample applications, and case studies; represent Factory publicly; grow developer communities; develop ecosystem partnerships; gather product feedback; and measure developer adoption, engagement, and retention. The role requires strong technical credibility, familiarity with AI-powered development, exceptional communication skills, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
