The Mobile Growth Manager will oversee app acquisition and growth campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with creative and data teams.

This role involves building community programs, fostering relationships with creators, leading workshops, and tracking community growth through insights and data analysis.

Support the legal team by reviewing, managing, and tracking customer and vendor contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs), maintaining CLM and DocuSign records, negotiating NDAs, updating templates/playbooks, managing corporate records and IP filings, coordinating external counsel, and assisting on diligence, litigation, and compliance projects.

Design, build, and maintain no-code/low-code and custom-code automations for influencer programs: discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments. Own integrations, webhooks, error handling, secrets management, and data validation (SQL) while partnering with marketing, finance, legal, and BI.

Lead ElevenLabs' music business end-to-end: define and execute strategy across B2B, artist, and consumer products; oversee product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, and sales; partner with GTM and implementation teams; represent the company at industry events; build and manage the music leadership team.

Manage review, negotiation, tracking, and recordkeeping of commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments). Maintain CLM/DocuSign records, support template/playbook updates, coordinate cross-functional reviews, assist with corporate/IP filings, and participate in diligence, litigation, and compliance projects.

Build and scale ElevenLabs' affiliate and partner referral program end-to-end: recruit and onboard partners, design commissions and payouts, implement tracking and fraud controls, optimize performance and unit economics, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, finance, and legal.

Own global payroll operations and equity administration across employees, EORs, and contractors. Run accurate payroll cycles, perform payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP reconciliations, administer equity programs in Carta, maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP, and support audits and external advisors with accurate operational data.
