Conduct compliance testing and monitoring across the bank and fintech partners, document findings, identify control weaknesses, assess regulatory changes, and collaborate with business, risk, legal, and partner teams to strengthen compliance processes.

Perform L1 triage investigations of transaction-monitoring alerts and customer due diligence, document findings and dispositions per FINCEN/FFIEC and bank procedures, prepare escalation/dismissal narratives, and maintain investigation records to support audits and regulatory exams.

Lead end-to-end legal ownership of bank–fintech strategic partnerships: structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements; advise on product, regulatory architecture, compliance (payments, cards, lending); partner with cross-functional teams from ideation through launch; scale legal operations using AI and automation tools.
