Lead design as Bridge's first product designer: create the design system, design complex clinical and operational workflows (starting with provider onboarding), run user research and usability testing, collaborate with engineering through implementation and UX QA, and own product content, documentation, and brand artifacts.

Serve as the primary technical contact for telehealth partners: run kick-offs, triage Slack, meet SLA commitments (including occasional weekend coverage), build and ship integrations, SDKs, and partner-facing tooling, translate partner needs into specs/bugs, and produce external documentation and guides.
