Participate in a rotational associate program supporting underwriting, policy issuance, premium booking, and file maintenance. Prepare reports, develop presentations and marketing materials, perform business development research, liaise with brokers, and learn claims, actuarial, compliance, and reinsurance. Complete AINS designation and group projects; attend home office training and team-building events.

10-week summer internship supporting core Property/Casualty functions (Claims, Underwriting, Audit, IT, Marketing, HR). Provides hands-on training, mentorship, professional development programming, networking, and a final capstone presentation. Risk Management/Insurance majors and relevant coursework preferred but not required. NY wage estimate $24–$28/hour.

The analyst will research filing requirements, prepare and monitor P&C rate filings, communicate revisions, support compliance operations, and monitor regulations pertinent to assigned products.
