Lead and supervise Tier 2 support across the Americas, providing advanced hands-on support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD. Provide end-to-end trade processing support for Oaktree and Brookfield PSG, including trade booking, allocation, confirmation, settlement, exception resolution, and custodial communication. Drive STP and process improvement initiatives, partner with technology on system requirements, testing, and deployments, and maintain operational documentation and training.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting for Asset-Based Finance. Develop data pipelines, PySpark notebooks, SQL/DAX/Power Query logic, enforce semantic security, validate data with deal teams, and contribute to BI governance and best practices.
