Provides troubleshooting and technical support for rotating and fixed equipment. Applies reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve equipment performance. Develops project requests with financial justification, supports decision packages, champions Management of Change activities, establishes equipment monitoring plans and control limits, and verifies repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Leads commercial sourcing and procurement for refinery maintenance and turnaround activities. Develops sourcing strategies, bid packages, contracting approaches, and purchase orders; evaluates proposals using total cost of ownership and should-cost models; negotiates with suppliers; analyzes markets and risks; manages supplier performance and KPIs; validates savings; and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure continuity, cost optimization, and supply chain best practices.

Manages diverse engineering projects for pipeline, terminal, and marine facilities from concept through commissioning and close-out. Responsibilities include coordinating project resources and schedules, supporting design reviews, preparing bid requests, evaluating proposals, troubleshooting operations, leading safety meetings, applying management-of-change procedures, and participating in HAZOP, PHA, and PSSR reviews.
