Serves as an HR business partner and trusted advisor to leaders across multiple offices. Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, leadership coaching, talent development, organizational effectiveness, change management, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and employment-law compliance. Analyzes HR trends and recommends practical solutions while partnering with Talent teams to support firmwide programs and consistent HR practices.

Manages the firm’s billing operations, including invoice preparation, eBilling compliance, submissions, KPI tracking, aged pre-bills, reporting, and issue resolution. Oversees billing team performance, staffing, coaching, hiring, and development while collaborating with attorneys, collections, leadership, and other departments. Supports accounting system upgrades, process improvements, client guideline compliance, and escalation management to ensure accurate, timely billing and successful invoice submission.

Summer Associates gain practical employment-law experience through legal research, case analysis, litigation support, drafting memoranda and court filings, and monitoring new legislation. They prepare summaries and articles on employment-law developments while becoming familiar with relevant laws and Firm practices. Applicants must demonstrate strong academics, excellent writing, attention to detail, and interest in employment law, and be enrolled as second-year students in an ABA-accredited law school for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Lead operational execution of eDiscovery workflows from intake through production and case closure. Manage collections, processing, hosting, Relativity workspaces, review/analytics, vendor relationships, QA, and billing to ensure efficient, defensible discovery support for litigation teams.

The Immigration Paralegal prepares and files USCIS forms, assists attorneys with petitions and cases, manages client communication, and retains documentation.

Support the firm's business development and proposal teams by coordinating RFP responses, drafting and proofreading materials, maintaining proposal content repositories, researching opportunities, tracking BD activities, preparing collateral and reports, assisting lateral integration/onboarding, and improving BD processes to support strategic client-facing initiatives.

Administers employee leave and accommodation cases under FMLA, ADA, and applicable state and local laws. Tracks leave requests, deadlines, documentation, accommodations, and return-to-work processes; manages the leave mailbox; provides employee and manager guidance; maintains confidential HRIS records; coordinates with benefits, HRIS, legal, disability carriers, and leadership; facilitates accommodation discussions; prepares reporting; and improves leave-related systems, policies, and compliance processes.
