Coordinates ERP master data, BOM accuracy, MRP processes, purchasing transactions, inventory activities, forecasts, reports, and ERP support requests. Serves as the unit’s ERP super user and liaison between purchasing, production, finance, vendors, and operations. Reviews BOM changes, manages material requests and substitutions, supports physical inventory and month-end activities, trains employees on ERP purchasing functions, and assists with production backflushing and goods issue transactions.

Leads airline customer operational performance across North American stations. Analyzes KPIs, service, quality, safety, financial, and customer feedback data; develops recovery and continuous-improvement plans; manages incidents, escalations, and root-cause actions; coordinates cross-functional teams; governs demand data; presents performance reviews; and supports airline contract and repricing discussions. The role requires extensive customer engagement, multi-location coordination, airline catering knowledge, and approximately 50% travel.
