Responsibilities include maintaining revenue data, designing workflows, mapping processes, gathering business requirements, improving system integrations and automation, developing KPIs and executive dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across NetSuite, HubSpot, ConnectWise, and Power BI. The role partners with leadership and technical administrators to scale revenue processes and improve operational effectiveness.
