Responsible for developing new B2B accounts across an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and HubSpot-driven lead generation. Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, create tailored proposals with pre-sales support, reach new-account targets, attend sales events, and support onboarding and internal trainings.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for multiple clients in an MSP environment, manage network/datacenter/security/voice technologies, act as escalation point, use monitoring and ticketing tools, interact with vendors, produce service reports, and participate in occasional on-call rotation.
