Lead indirect tax compliance and filings (US sales & use, VAT/GST, DST), optimize tax systems and NetSuite workflows, manage nexus tracking and exemption certificates, support audits, reconcile tax GL accounts, and partner cross-functionally to integrate tax into product, billing, and finance processes.

Proactively reach out to at-risk customers via calls and emails to diagnose issues, handle objections, and retain accounts. Lead UX research to improve usability, consistency, and product-market fit.
