Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership on recruitment strategies, support affiliate events, and help users succeed with HighLevel software. The role requires digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development experience and familiarity with social media, SEO, funnels, and CRM systems.

Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management, AI-assisted legal review, eBilling, and outside counsel systems. Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval routing, integrations, reporting, and user training. Develop legal technology processes, dashboards, KPIs, prompt libraries, and knowledge repositories; support AI governance and cross-functional enablement. Improve contract turnaround times, system adoption, data integrity, compliance, invoice workflows, billing guideline adherence, accrual reporting, and legal spend analytics.

Supports U.S. federal and state corporate income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provisions, estimated payments, technical research, audits, SOX controls, and tax account reconciliations in NetSuite. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, auditors, regulators, and external tax advisors. Researches tax law, documents tax positions, evaluates entity and transaction impacts, and improves high-volume tax processes through automation and data analysis.

Lead product design strategy and execution for defined HighLevel product pillars. Partner with product and engineering leaders, influence product direction, conduct discovery, and deliver polished, accessible, data-informed experiences. Establish design quality standards, mentor designers, strengthen design systems and critique practices, define impact metrics, and lead complex work across ambiguity. The role requires strong visual and interaction design craft, AI-powered design tool experience, cross-functional leadership, and effective collaboration in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Conduct inbound and outbound prospect engagement, qualify leads, and deliver software demos via Zoom. Explain HighLevel's value proposition, align platform capabilities to business needs, address objections, and encourage trial sign-ups. Maintain CRM records, support lead handoffs, collaborate with marketing and trial experience teams, and participate in events as needed. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, SaaS and marketing knowledge, English fluency, and the ability to engage prospects in Spanish.

Advises Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Affiliate, Product Marketing, and Business Development on advertising, consumer protection, AI marketing, influencer programs, trademarks, and customer-facing terms.
