Design and build BI solutions and dashboards, perform data analysis and SQL development, apply data governance and security, and lead requirements gathering and project coordination to drive process improvement and reporting accuracy across the health system.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise data architecture and management for healthcare analytics. Lead data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, ensure data governance, integrate imaging and EMR systems, troubleshoot ETL/SSIS, manage projects, mentor staff, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data practices.

Coordinate departmental budget formulation, variance analysis, and management reporting. Administer budget/reporting systems, design and maintain database structures, produce financial and statistical reports, support annual budgeting and decision-making, train staff, and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Patient Financial Services.
