Develops manufacturing, assembly, test, tooling, and qualification processes; establishes DFM/DFT/DFA practices; supports SMT PCBA, box-build, and functional testing; analyzes process metrics, yield, cost, and failures; creates work instructions and readiness documentation; manages engineering changes, capital planning, and contract manufacturer relationships; and provides technical leadership across global operations.

Sustaining Engineer responsible for supporting products throughout their lifecycle by managing BOMs, improving manufacturability, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing quality problems, addressing field returns, and driving corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
