Leads complex customer accounts from design definition through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and ongoing service. Coordinates customers, sales, engineering, purchasing, production, shipping, and installation teams; manages timelines, inventory, quality, costs, forecasting, and value engineering. Oversees and develops project management staff, drives account growth and profitability, supports new business opportunities, and manages projects across multiple geographic regions.

Manages customer programs from concept through completion, coordinating teams and project phases including estimating, design approvals, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation. Maintains timelines, inventories, costs, labor data, and customer relationships while supporting revenue and margin growth. Leads project coordinators, reviews architectural fixture drawings, develops corrective actions, and collaborates with Sales and Operations. Some travel to other divisions is required.
