Design, implement, maintain, and test core RESTful APIs and database schemas for a multi-tenant SaaS healthcare platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, manage large refactors, create integrations, and maintain documentation, tests, and performance while prioritizing patient safety and privacy.

Serve as primary client liaison for self-insured clients; develop budgets, financial and performance reporting, and 2-year service/revenue growth plans; ensure smooth implementations, drive renewals, resolve contract/billing issues, and coordinate stakeholders to meet contract metrics and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
