Leads Brown-Forman’s federal public affairs strategy in Washington, D.C. by advocating legislative, regulatory, and political priorities before Congress, the Executive Branch, trade associations, and embassy stakeholders. Builds bipartisan relationships, monitors policy developments, advises senior leadership, prepares advocacy materials, coordinates lobbyists and external partners, and oversees lobbying compliance. Requires extensive government affairs experience, strong communication and strategic planning skills, knowledge of legislative, tax, and trade policy, and willingness to travel and attend events outside standard hours.
