Senior-level insurance producer responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, client advisory, and market engagement. Builds pipelines, designs commercial and benefits insurance solutions, leads executive-level consultative discussions, leverages carrier relationships, and partners with internal teams to deliver and retain complex mid-to-large market programs.

Advise clients and internal teams on employee benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, MHPAEA).
