Manages employee benefits operations, including team leadership, workforce planning, budgeting, KPI monitoring, risk management, client retention, process improvement, and technology enablement. Requires an active P&C license, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least two years of personal lines or account management experience. Applied Epic experience is strongly preferred.

Manage complex California workers' compensation claims end-to-end: investigate compensability, set reserves, handle litigated files, coordinate with counsel/providers/employers, negotiate settlements, identify subrogation/fraud, and maintain accurate claims documentation and diaries while ensuring California regulatory compliance.

Prospect and close payroll and HR solutions for small and mid-sized businesses via in-person and phone presentations. Maintain CRM records, hit production targets, collaborate with territory and division managers, and spend at least half your time in the field. Participate in training and team meetings and upsell additional products.

Independently manage complex California workers' compensation claims from assignment to resolution. Investigate compensability, set reserves, manage litigated files, negotiate settlements, coordinate with counsel and medical providers, identify subrogation/fraud opportunities, and maintain timely documentation and diaries in claims systems while ensuring compliance with California regulations.

Drive new business and revenue growth by building qualified pipelines, converting leads, meeting quota, and expanding client relationships. Use CRM, analytics, predictive tools, and AI to prioritize opportunities, deliver tailored proposals, upsell and cross-sell, follow disciplined sales cadence, collaborate with service and marketing teams, and perform market and competitive analysis to refine positioning.

Manage and service a range of surety bonds, maintain client and bond files, prepare bid/final bonds, liaise with surety carriers and clients, assist advisors and team members, and perform administrative and agency management tasks.

The Policy Assurance Specialist ensures quality standards in call center and underwriting support, conducting audits, providing feedback, and developing training to drive improvement.
