Leads the Americas Customer Success organization and approximately seven managers supporting strategic and enterprise customers. Owns retention, renewals, growth, customer outcomes, Net Revenue Retention, and CSQL generation. Partners with Sales, Product, Compliance Operations, Support, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive value realization and portfolio health. Builds scalable customer success programs, leads executive engagements, manages distributed teams, and supports customer meetings and industry events.

Leads the bankruptcy risk solutions product portfolio across the Americas, owning product vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, customer discovery, and commercialization. Partners with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and enterprise customers to develop data-driven products, manage backlogs in Jira, support migrations, monitor KPIs, and drive adoption, growth, and product-market fit.

Investigate and resolve customer technical issues by analyzing logs, API requests, database records, and integrations. Support customers and internal teams, troubleshoot REST APIs and SQL queries, manage tickets in Zendesk and Jira, and collaborate with Engineering and Product on escalations and resolutions. The role requires clear communication, prioritization, analytical problem-solving, and comfort working with global teams across time zones.
