Manage and scale partner marketing programs with resellers, distributors, and channel partners. Manage a portfolio of 600+ customers and pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. Drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Customer Engineers, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends. Prioritize multiple accounts, use CRM/data-driven practices, and occasionally travel for conferences and customer events.
