Manages end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for assigned enterprise clients, including creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content review, payments, reporting, and performance optimization. Maintains client communication, manages budgets against CPV or CPM targets, uses AI and campaign platforms, and coordinates with strategy, client solutions, and creators. The role is fully remote, freelance for up to three months with possible extension, and requires availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

Develop and lead creator marketing campaign strategies for enterprise beauty accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Own audience profiling, creator casting logic, creative concepts, messaging, briefs, measurement frameworks, trend analysis, and performance recommendations.
