Administer and continuously improve Salesforce across user access, configuration, automation, data governance, reporting, integrations, and documentation. Lead post-sale customer implementations of Altium Enterprise Solutions, guiding customers through engagement, deployment, training, and adoption. Serve as the primary implementation contact, manage project timelines, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Solution Architects, TAMs, and R&D. Build customer relationships, promote best practices, improve productivity, reduce churn, and support renewals and expansion.
