Leads the design, development, evaluation, and production operation of healthcare AI products, including agentic workflows, RAG systems, model optimization, guardrails, and human-review controls. Partners with product, clinical, engineering, data, platform, and security teams to build safe, reliable, observable, and compliant AI systems. Provides technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, incident response, mentoring, and delivery of HITRUST-aligned solutions for regulated healthcare environments.

Supports daily operational processes, materials management, workflow development, quality checks, vendor relationships, and audit documentation. Designs and improves processes, tracks issues and projects, develops user and system management protocols, and uses healthcare data analytics to drive operational improvements. The role also coordinates cross-functional work, prepares reporting and training resources, and presents operational matters to management.

Owns the strategy, prioritization, requirements, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products. Translates ambiguous healthcare, clinical, operational, and business needs into product roadmaps, PRDs, KPIs, and execution plans. Partners with engineering, data, security, compliance, legal, clinical, and operations teams to deliver responsible, secure, compliant, and measurable AI solutions.
