Provide HR support for clients and internal HR matters: manage US and international payrolls, onboarding, terminations, benefits and PEO implementations, compliance reporting, workers' comp/EPLI renewals, employee handbooks, org charts, timesheet review, recordkeeping, employment verifications, meeting prep, and special projects.

Lead client engagements and oversee full-cycle accounting: produce monthly financial statements, review offshore accountants, manage AR/AP/payroll reconcilations, budgets, forecasts, inventory, and compliance. Support controllers, update financial models/cash forecasts, and assist with tax and regulatory filings.

Lead and oversee payroll operations for clients, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with tax and labor regulations while managing payroll systems and reporting.
