Serve as primary client contact for wealth and retirement clients across public and private markets. Retain and grow assets, coordinate internal teams, manage onboarding/KYC, produce investor reporting and analytics, support fund launches/restructurings, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide market insights and thought leadership.

Lead and maintain Wilshire's employee compliance program: develop policies, manage trainings and disclosures, oversee audits/investigations, coordinate compliance technology, maintain records, and support reporting and regulatory updates.

Lead sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence for private markets (especially secondaries). Support deal teams on primary funds, secondaries, and co-investments; maintain manager relationships; perform market and manager research; monitor investments; improve research processes; and support client presentations and reporting.

Support senior portfolio managers by building allocation models, performing risk and performance attribution on funds and accounts, producing monthly and quarterly reports, and participating in manager due diligence and meeting notes.

Support all parts of the trade lifecycle including order setup, execution, settlement, confirmation, reconciliation and reporting. Maintain and support trading systems, proprietary models, third-party platforms, compliance reporting, onboarding of brokers/custodians, and policy/procedure maintenance in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Serve as front-desk lead: answer phones, greet guests, manage access/badges, handle mail/packages, support meetings and events, coordinate vendors and supplies, assist IT and recruitment, and maintain office cleanliness and daily operations.

Support client solutions for alternatives (≈60%) and conduct alternatives research (≈40%). Monitor client portfolios, create presentation materials, perform quantitative analyses (e.g., portfolio pacing), support new client solutions and ad hoc requests. Evaluate private markets investments (private equity, private credit, real assets) in North America, participate in 3-4 person deal teams, and assess primaries, co-investments, and secondaries.
