Build and lead Datacor’s global partnerships function across reseller, referral, technical, services, and strategic OEM motions. Develop partner strategy, segmentation, tiering, agreements, incentives, enablement, governance, and Salesforce-based portal operations. Recruit and close strategic partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and business-unit leadership. The role requires influencing regional partner managers without direct authority and may eventually build a dedicated team.

Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.

Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for foreign entities, including US GAAP conformity, consolidations, currency translations, intercompany transactions, payroll, tax notices, accounts payable, reconciliations, commissions, and month-end close. Support acquisitions, audits, contract data troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with Finance Operations.

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for engineering simulation products. Create technical and commercial content, enable sales and channels, run launch campaigns, gather customer and market insights, and represent the product at industry events to drive adoption.

Design, implement, and ship end-to-end features across backend services and a React web client for a multi-tenant ERP. Own schema design, migrations respecting row-level security, integrations with platform services, and deliver high-quality, performant code with CI/CD, tests, and code review. Leverage AI coding assistants responsibly and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve shared platform libraries and developer tooling.

Serve as the main client contact for strategic support accounts, diagnose and resolve issues, manage small delivery projects (under 20 hours), develop escalation paths, monitor help desk performance, create documentation and reports, and drive customer satisfaction and process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead engineering for CHEMCAD, Flow Simulation, and GoldSim product lines. Drive modernization, CI/CD, automated testing, AI adoption in engineering and product features, improve delivery metrics, manage and mentor engineering leaders, define long-term architecture, reduce technical debt, and build repeatable onboarding and integration playbooks for acquisitions.

Lead ERP implementations by configuring, testing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting customers through go-live. Work with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, optimize processes, deliver training and documentation, and provide post-go-live hypercare while managing multiple customer engagements.

Run technical discovery and deliver tailored, discovery-led demos for Datacor ERP and add-ons, build business cases, manage a full pipeline with Account Executives, travel onsite for stakeholder demos, and hand off scoped documentation to Services for SOW creation.
