Owns full-cycle net-new enterprise SaaS sales within the public sector pension administration market. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory strategy, RFP and procurement navigation, executive and board presentations, complex deal negotiation, forecasting, and closing. The role requires building relationships with senior government and pension stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, collaborating cross-functionally, and meeting new-business quotas.

Designs and maintains data warehouses, semantic models, metrics layers, pipelines, dashboards, and certified datasets. Establishes KPI governance, data security, row-level access controls, quality standards, and observability.
