Own Fi’s data platform and analytics roadmap, building event-driven pipelines, warehouse models, self-serve BI, and experimentation capabilities. Lead and develop a team of four analysts while partnering with Finance, Product, and Hardware on forecasting, unit economics, device analytics, retention, and board reporting. Serve as a strategic data leader in a fast-growing Series B startup.

Recruit shelters and rescue organizations, pitch Fi’s free GPS tracker and microchip program, close partnerships, and manage onboarding through activation. Host webinars, represent Fi at conferences and adoption events, maintain CRM pipeline data, forecast results, track conversion and onboarding metrics, and share rescue-community insights with product and operations. This is a new-partner sales and growth role rather than ongoing account management.
