The Customer Value Architect will engage with customers, drive the adoption of Neara's platform, provide ROI guidance, and ensure solutions meet strategic goals.

Work embedded with enterprise customers to design and build custom solutions on the Neara platform using the Neara SDK, Typescript/Javascript, and RESTful APIs. Develop integrations, custom visualizations, automations, and UI elements; provide technical architecture, training, and ongoing advisory to maximize customer value and align the platform with customer needs.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, conduct customer research, support Enterprise Account Executives, and drive revenue growth through business development strategies.
