Own acquisition budgets, CPA and commission models, partner economics, forecasting, affiliate technology, attribution, compliance, and analytics. Build publisher relationships, support new market launches, oversee affiliate operations and managed services, and manage an Affiliate Manager. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, BI, MarTech, and Engineering to optimize customer acquisition, mobile conversion, app installs, and partner ROI.

Own end-to-end execution of omnichannel promotions linking brick-and-mortar casinos with online gaming. Build and run CRM email/push campaigns, set up promotions in back-office systems, coordinate assets and approvals, develop segmentation and lifecycle campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming and privacy standards.

Drive product initiatives in the Onboard & Verify domain from discovery through delivery. Define problems, shape epics, manage roadmap, engage stakeholders, collaborate with Design/Data/Engineering, run A/B tests and analytics, ensure regulatory and responsible gaming compliance, measure outcomes, and iterate to improve player experience and retention.

The Senior Legal Counsel, IP will craft and implement a global intellectual property strategy, manage patents and trademarks, oversee legal matters in commercial contracts, and support brand protection efforts in a fast-paced environment.
