Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cash flow forecasting. Partners with department leaders to analyze performance, identify trends and risks, resolve data issues, and improve financial processes. The role also supports contract management, executive presentations, scenario modeling, and finance leadership initiatives. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for meetings, training, or business events.

Manage end-to-end SaaS client implementations from kickoff through production deployment. Responsibilities include project planning, risk and scope management, solution design, configuration, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, documentation, and collaboration with development, customer success, and managed services teams. The role also contributes to implementation best practices and requires familiarity with Life Sciences transparency and compliance.

Leads and scales the Solutions Engineering function, developing strategy, processes, team capabilities, and performance standards. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders on complex enterprise opportunities. Oversees discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validation, RFPs, business cases, and customer engagements. Advises senior decision-makers, translates technical needs into business value, develops enablement assets, and communicates customer and market insights to influence product and revenue strategy.
