Conduct consultative franchise candidate interviews, communicate the value of franchise ownership, and guide prospects from initial conversation through award. Manage and advance the candidate pipeline, maintain accurate ATS and CRM records, re-engage dormant candidates, monitor conversion metrics, and provide funnel feedback to leadership. This fully remote role requires phone and video sales, strong qualification and objection-handling skills, disciplined follow-up, and a results-oriented approach.
