Owns end-to-end onboarding and implementation for partner medical practices, managing timelines, meetings, materials, dependencies, risks, and follow-through through launch and post-launch operations. Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for practice stakeholders, coordinates clinical and implementation workstreams, manages vendor and internal partners, and improves processes through standardized checklists, templates, and tracking systems.

Develops healthcare reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and SQL to improve operational and clinical performance. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, validating data quality, creating dashboards and reports, partnering with data engineering and advanced analytics teams, training users, maintaining documentation, managing reporting timelines, and resolving data or logic issues.

Lead accounting operations including general ledger, month/year-end close, GAAP financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and team leadership. Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape financial policies, cash management, and risk mitigation for a value-based healthcare organization.
