Designs, programs, implements, and optimizes laboratory automation for cell-based, immunological, and genomic assays. Maintains Hamilton liquid-handling systems, develops automated workflows, troubleshoots equipment, and transfers methods to quality control teams and external partners. Creates technical documentation, trains laboratory staff, evaluates emerging technologies, and collaborates with scientists, engineers, IT, and stakeholders to improve assay robustness, workflow efficiency, and data quality in a regulated cell therapy environment.

Owns enterprise customer implementation programs from kickoff through go-live and ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities include managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and RAID logs; coordinating engineering, testing, product, and project teams; communicating with senior customers; managing product and release risks; supporting QBRs; and improving delivery processes. Requires SaaS implementation experience in regulated industries, technical literacy, AI tooling experience, and comfort working with evolving products.
