Reviews loss mitigation underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, income calculations, and modification conversions for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensures files are complete, properly documented, and tasks are correctly completed in Fiserv. Tracks errors, reports trends, supports process improvements, trains new hires, and assists leadership with projects.

Leads investor accounting activities for mortgage servicing, including complex reconciliations, investor reporting, custodial account reporting, discrepancy resolution, Regulation AB compliance, and client inquiries. Serves as an Investor Accounting subject matter expert, mentors junior staff, supports special projects, and helps ensure reporting deadlines and account balances are met.

Leads post-close mortgage loan operations across all origination channels, including loan delivery, endorsements, records management, due diligence, compliance, quality control, and risk management. Oversees managers and staff, establishes performance standards, audits operations, resolves issues, develops training, partners with IT on system improvements, and collaborates with capital markets, servicing, treasury, operations, vendors, and senior leadership.

Manages wholesale sales Account Executives and broker relationships across an assigned region. Drives sales goals, coaches staff, develops broker accounts, oversees loan submissions, forecasts production, and ensures compliance with mortgage regulations. Promotes government, conventional, non-QM, and specialty loan products while partnering with operations to improve file flow and service quality. Represents the company at industry events and supports regional budgeting, training, and strategic execution.

Develop and maintain mortgage broker and seller relationships to drive wholesale and correspondent loan production. Identify and approve new partners, explain loan programs and policies, train partners on submission and underwriting systems, manage the loan pipeline, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, closing, and funding teams. Ensure regulatory deadlines and compliance requirements are met while providing strong service throughout the loan process.

Investigates and resolves credit bureau disputes, complaints, inquiries, and reporting corrections. Reviews mortgage servicing records, payment histories, escrow activity, balances, and loan adjustments; submits updates through E-Oscar; ensures compliance with Metro 2, FCRA, RESPA, TILA, CFPB, and company policies; collaborates with internal departments and tracks dispute trends.

Processes loss draft and property damage claims, checks, documents, inspections, and claim packages. Reviews repair estimates, depreciation, costs, and draw eligibility; evaluates exceptions and claim risk; initiates fraud processes when needed; monitors vendor service quality; handles customer inquiries; and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, problem-solving, and mortgage servicing knowledge.
