Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Tines across the TOLA region. The role involves prospecting, building strategic customer and partner relationships, demonstrating a technical SaaS automation platform, managing complex sales cycles, closing transactions, and achieving quarterly targets. The account executive will collaborate with business development, marketing, solution engineering, customer success, legal, technology alliances, and reseller partners while developing territory strategies and providing customer feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Own enterprise sales across the TOLA region by prospecting, developing customer demand, managing complex sales cycles, and closing new business. Build relationships with security and IT stakeholders, collaborate with channel partners, technical sales engineers, marketing, and customer success, and develop territory growth plans. The role requires selling technical SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, achieving quarterly targets, creating new territories, and providing feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Owns technical GRC activities across AWS and Azure, translating FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, SOC 2, and ISO requirements into controls. Assesses infrastructure and security implementations, validates evidence, drives remediation, supports FedRAMP authorization, ConMon, POA&M management, audits, external assessments, and significant change management. The role also monitors evolving federal requirements and scales compliance through automation and policy-as-code.

Provide technical support for Federal customers using Tines Cloud and self-hosted deployments. Troubleshoot APIs, workflows, authentication, infrastructure, networking, databases, and integrations; build and modify workflows with customers; manage escalations; document issues; relay customer feedback to Engineering and Product; improve support processes; and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Lead and develop a team of Renewal Managers responsible for SaaS renewal performance, forecasting, negotiations, retention, and commercial execution. Own renewal metrics including GRR, churn, renewal rate, and forecast accuracy. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to improve customer lifecycle processes, build scalable renewal playbooks, and strengthen operational rigor. Recruit and develop talent while driving predictable, customer-centered renewal outcomes.

Lead end-to-end deployment of Tines’ workflow automation platform for public sector and federal customers. Integrate systems, configure workflows, troubleshoot production issues, train stakeholders, drive adoption, identify new use cases, and serve as the primary technical advisor. Build executive and user relationships, communicate customer insights to internal teams, and travel 20–40% to customer sites.

Owns the DealHub and Salesforce quote-to-cash systems, including configuration, administration, product catalogs, pricing rules, workflows, templates, integrations, governance, testing, and data quality. Partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Manages implementation partners, contributes to platform roadmaps, maintains documentation and delivery standards, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead enterprise deployments of Tines, integrating the platform with customer systems and configuring workflows. Drive adoption through training, workshops, troubleshooting, and executive communication. Identify new use cases, expand platform value, maintain strategic customer relationships, and communicate customer insights to Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams. The role requires strong Python development, production LLM and AI experience, autonomous ownership, and 20–40% travel to customer sites.

Own post-sales strategic relationships and retention across high‑value enterprise accounts. Drive net retention, customer health, and expansion by aligning technical delivery (FDEs, solutions architects) with executive business goals, leading QBRs/EBRs, building scalable CS playbooks, and partnering closely with Sales to identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities.

Sell Tines' automation platform to enterprise Security and IT stakeholders in the DMV territory. Prospect and close complex deals, collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineering, channel/tech partners and cross-functional teams, build territory plans, generate demand, and achieve quarterly targets. Role requires regular in-person meetings in the DMV and ~25% travel.
