Plan, lead, and manage multi-project programs: define scope, objectives, KPIs; monitor progress, risks, budgets, and interdependencies; report to senior leadership; ensure PMO compliance; promote Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods; and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder relationships.

Design, build, and scale production Generative AI applications: multi-agent systems, advanced RAG pipelines, LLM integration and fine-tuning, scalable FastAPI backends, vector search, monitoring, and Dockerized deployments.

Design and prototype innovative UX/UI concepts during early-stage product discovery. Collaborate with researchers, creative leads, and product teams to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, validate concepts through testing, and present visual narratives and design rationale to stakeholders while maintaining usability and accessibility.

Lead cross-functional programs from planning through post-delivery, aligning work to business objectives. Define MVPs, manage scope/budgets/risks, facilitate stakeholder communication and Agile practices, drive continuous improvement, enable operational handoffs, and measure program success via KPIs while building high-performing teams.

Lead UX design of user interfaces and client experiences using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Use data and user research to inform designs, run usability testing and workshops, integrate design systems into engineering workflows, communicate design decisions to stakeholders, explore AI tools to improve UX processes, and ensure seamless handoffs while advocating for user-centered, end-to-end solutions.

Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions for institutional platforms. Lead API and microservices design, cloud (AWS) deployments, CI/CD and DevSecOps, collaborate with product and QA, troubleshoot production, and mentor distributed teams.

Lead performance testing efforts: design and execute load tests, analyze results, troubleshoot and drive fixes with dev/infra teams, build workload models, standardize practices, produce reports, and improve system scalability, reliability, and repeatability.
