Provides remote technical support for PerkinElmer atomic spectroscopy instruments across North America. Diagnoses complex hardware, software, and application issues; guides customers and field engineers through repairs; identifies root causes, parts, and corrective actions; documents service activity; supports first-time fixes, training, mentoring, technical communications, and operational improvements. Requires expert repair-level experience with atomic spectroscopy platforms, including at least two of AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for Project Farma, driving lead generation, ABM, digital channels, content, PR, events, and metrics. Manage budget, mentor team, collaborate with business development and sales, and use data to optimize campaigns and growth.
