It requires strong relationship-building, communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience supporting professional services or legal practice groups.

Designs and delivers technology training for attorneys and staff across firm applications, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration platforms, and legal software. Creates instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content; administers the LMS; develops technical documentation; supports software rollouts, testing, surveys, and training coordination; and partners with departments to assess needs and build learning programs. Travel to other offices may be required.
