Serve as the day-to-day practice support lead for a private equity sponsor finance team, managing end-to-end transaction execution (intake, checklists, KYC/diligence, UCC/lien searches and filings, signature collection, closing distribution), coordinating clients and counterparties, maintaining deal tracking and knowledge management, and supporting attorneys to ensure timely, accurate closings across multiple concurrent, high-pressure matters.

The Legal Support Assistant provides administrative support by processing reports, coordinating travel, managing calls, and handling documentation for attorneys.
