Leads a team of onboarding managers and owns the end-to-end customer onboarding and enablement program. Responsibilities include driving software adoption and payments utilization, managing performance, improving playbooks and workflows, overseeing data migration and account activation, resolving escalations, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The role also involves applying AI and automation to improve time-to-value, reporting program metrics, and supporting continued customer revenue growth.

Own full sales cycle for B2B SaaS customers: prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, contracting, and closing. Build relationships, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, maintain CRM records, mentor SDRs, and ensure smooth client migrations while demonstrating company values.
