The Enterprise Account Executive will demo and sell to large healthcare accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and articulate value propositions to decision-makers, driving new business in a growing market.

Own the API layer across sales, implementation, and support. Assess technical fit for API and web app opportunities, review statements of work, support customer implementations, resolve escalated API support tickets, and assist with upselling and solutioning. Coordinate Sales, Implementation, Engineering, and Support while translating customer integration needs into feasible platform solutions.

Configure and validate Salesforce-based SaaS implementations for healthcare customers. Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, build and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, manage data migration and security configurations, support QA, UAT, and go-live activities, document solutions, and collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
