The Implementation Manager will lead client communications, oversee website launches, manage internal workflows, and develop materials for internal teams while ensuring e-commerce functions align with client needs.

Manage end-to-end international shipments: prepare export documentation, track shipments, ensure import/export compliance and labeling, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance and brokers, maintain HTS classifications, resolve transportation issues, and liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and project managers.

Lead BAMKO's paid media and demand generation across enterprise and mid-market segments. Develop channel strategy, build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn, manage budgets and attribution, run A/B tests, own landing page conversion optimization, report performance, and partner with sales, creative, and marketing ops to validate and improve lead quality.
