Oversees alignment with CMMC, NIST, DFARS, FedRAMP, GCC High, and Azure Government requirements, and manages service KPIs, customer relationships, revenue, and P&L responsibilities.

Lead mergers and acquisitions tax engagements, including due diligence, deal structuring, sell-side support, tax research, and post-transaction services. Advise clients on tax implications, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders, review technical deliverables, and mentor junior professionals. Support process improvements while staying current on tax regulations affecting M&A strategies.

Senior Audit Manager responsible for leading multiple nonprofit audit engagements from planning through completion, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing staff work, communicating with clients and partners, and developing team members. The role also supports business development and client relationship management. Candidates must have nonprofit accounting expertise, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA licensure, and at least seven years of public accounting experience. Travel is expected 10–15% of the time.

Prepare and review complex U.S. international tax filings, apply international tax provisions, and provide inbound and outbound tax consulting. Programs include professional development, networking, group volunteer projects, and hybrid in-office mentorship (minimum three days). Candidates must be on track for CPA eligibility and committed to a public accounting career.
