The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for outside sales, new business development, account management, and client retention.

Processes and applies customer payments, EFTs, credit card payments, and wire transfers; researches discrepancies and unallocated cash; prepares bank deposits; supports customer invoicing; maintains accounting records and spreadsheets; and protects confidential financial information while coordinating with internal teams.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR to manage candidate experience, background checks, ATS records, and hiring metrics. Recommend sourcing strategies, schedule interviews, and maintain recruiting documentation and reports to meet hiring objectives.

Provide B2B client support by understanding client needs and order history, coordinating interactions between clients, Client Relationship Managers, and support staff, promoting product offerings, handling high email volumes, performing clerical tasks and data entry, and maintaining organized, professional client communication.
