Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash functional SME: design, configure, and support OTC (order management, fulfillment, billing, credit), drive integrations (IDoc/EDI/middleware/API), translate business needs into WRICEF specs, lead testing and go-live, provide post-go-live support, data governance, training, and continuous process improvements across business and IT stakeholders.
