The Business Analyst will provide support in DoD financial management processes, expertise in government finance, and assist with data structuring and reconciliation.

Provide administrative and personnel support for Air Force units including training and education management, deployment/readiness tracking, EPR/OPR processing, supplies and space allocation, executive support (travel, scheduling, correspondence), and manpower/personnel documentation. Use DoD systems to input, extract, and maintain data, coordinate inspections and self-inspection programs, and support crisis/deployment actions. Requires DoD experience and support for records, briefings, and procedural development.

Provide senior-level acquisition expertise to Space Force leadership: develop acquisition strategies, support source selections and Defense Acquisition Boards, draft acquisition documentation (RFPs, SOWs, CDRLs), advise on contracting, budgeting, program execution, perform business-case and risk analyses, and prepare strategic briefings while collaborating with DoD/DoW stakeholders and industry partners.

Develop and optimize Oracle databases for high-volume government applications. Responsibilities include data modeling, database architecture, SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, testing, production support, reusable database object development, technical design, code-quality standards, peer reviews, documentation, and CI/CD integration for database changes. The role may also contribute to Java Spring Boot microservices and Angular/TypeScript front-end applications while collaborating with development, DevSecOps, design, and analytics teams.

Architects and implements secure AWS-based CI/CD infrastructure, manages Kubernetes and container platforms, deploys infrastructure as code, and embeds security automation throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include vulnerability and secrets management, security scanning, compliance and hardening, IAM and network security, monitoring, audit logging, incident response, and collaboration with development and operations teams. The role also requires troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and occasional travel or on-call support.

Provides financial and technical consulting for a Department of Defense program and financial management system. Responsibilities include structuring financial data, reconciling multiple systems, reviewing forecasts and accounting data, advising on government finance, and supporting and training government financial office customers. Requires DoD acquisition or financial management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and eligibility for classified information access.

Provides data analytics and business intelligence support for government customers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing and transforming enterprise data, designing data models, developing dashboards and visualizations, documenting governance processes, improving workflows, and training users. The role requires government acquisition, finance, or financial management experience, preferably within DoD or Air Force systems, and supports financial office operations.
