Provide strategic legal counsel on U.S. government and defense contracts across the full lifecycle. Advise on FAR/DFARS, negotiate prime/subcontracts, support compliance (cost accounting, audits, data rights, cybersecurity), manage contract performance, disputes, and outside counsel, and develop scalable processes, templates, and training to support government contracting activities.

Coordinate schedules and resources with engineering, maintain and troubleshoot test and shop equipment, calibrate instrumentation, verify and document flight hardware, drive root-cause for non-conformances, maintain process documentation, and support hiring and scaling of the test team. Must work shifts, lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.

Manage supplier quality by qualifying parts, auditing vendor processes, owning non-conformances (SDR/MRB/CAPA/RTV), driving corrective actions and continuous improvement, supporting containment and inspection, and collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure reliable supplier performance.

Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixturing, and test/support equipment for metallic and composite spacecraft structures. Collaborate with designers, analysts, manufacturing, and supply chain to prototype and produce designs, support testing, and solve complex technical challenges with emphasis on speed.

Lead design, testing, and delivery of flight RF software for space missions. Implement RF software architectures, develop DSP and calibration algorithms, design RF control algorithms, bring up RF systems, and collaborate with ground software teams to test satellite-to-ground data pipelines.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify real-time flight software for GNC, command/telemetry, mission sequencing, autonomy, fault management, and closed-loop control. Implement deterministic features in an RTOS/embedded Linux environment, develop anomaly detection/mitigation, participate in code reviews, and support ground integration, testing, and on-orbit operations.
